Teen Gothic

ok so I’m not really goth / alt or anything, but I like the style and the music. so I was wondering in general is someone who occasionally dresses that way & listens to the music (but also other genres) still considered goth? Or is it the kind of thing you need to be “all in” for. idk lol I’ve just always been curious ab this

I was wondering if you guys had or remembered any nicknames for different bands, from what I know it was fairly common to have gag names or nicknames for bands, I know of a few- Rosetta Clone instead of stone because they sounded exactly like SoM, KMFDM standing for Kill motherfucking Depeche Mode, and London After Midnight being dubbed London After Hairspray. I was wondering if you guys have more or had similar nicknames for bands?

I'm looking to start a new personal project of collecting obscure/ lesser known goth music on Youtube. My criteria for the playlist is for the music to have less then 5000 views and for it to only be available on Youtube. If anyone has any music that fits this, please send it my way!! I'd love to hear it 🙂

Come on in and pull up a chair. Every chair has an automatic sympathy machine attached. What it has is a robotic arm with a gloved hand that when turned on pats you on the shoulder and a mechanical looping voice says "There, there… there, there… there, there… there, there…"

The best part is when you get up it keeps going for a minute but the voice turns off. So instead of patting it is now waving you goodbye. That cold, metallic arm… a cold wave if you will.
